Monica 1.0 Web MIDI Sequencer

Monica is a web-based MIDI sequencer designed for playing Standard MIDI Files (SMF).

It provides an easy way to play SMF in a web browser without requiring dedicated hardware sound modules or a full DAW setup.

Monica does not include a built-in sound engine. Instead, it loads SoundFont (.sf2) files and plays MIDI using the selected sound source.

At present, Monica focuses on SMF playback. In the future, editing features will be expanded, and audio capabilities may be added, with the long-term goal of evolving into a full web-based DAW.

Monicaは、Standard MIDI File（SMF）を再生するために設計されたWebベースのMIDIシーケンサーです。

Monicaは、ハードウェア音源やDAWを用意しなくても、Webブラウザ上で手軽にSMFを再生できる環境を提供します。

Monicaは固有の音源を持たず、SoundFontフォーマットのsf2ファイルを読み込み、その音源によって再生します。

現在のMonicaはSMFの再生機能のみですが、将来的に編集機能を拡張し、オーディオを搭載してWeb DAW化する予定です。
